1. Use of the Platform

Yeato acts as a facilitator between buyers and merchants; we do not own or control the products/services listed.
Buyers and merchants independently handle commercial terms such as pricing, taxes, and delivery.
Yeato is not responsible for:
- The quality or accuracy of food orders.
- Availability of menu items or changes in pricing.
- Delays or issues arising from merchant fulfillment.

2. Orders & Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Address changes after confirmation are subject to feasibility.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to merchant operations, traffic, or other factors.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be left at the designated location or returned at the merchant’s discretion.
In case of issues, we encourage direct communication with the merchant via the Platform.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers; Yeato does not store payment details.
Only valid and authorized payment methods should be used.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

We encourage a safe and positive experience for all users. You agree not to:

5. Modifications to Terms

Yeato reserves the right to update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
